DDR2-Socket Compatible RLDRAM Module (1M x 32)

  • DDR2, 200-pin SODIMM compatible with all SODIMM-equipped Dini products
  • Micron Reduced-Latency DRAMs (MT49H8M32)
  • 2 devices, each 1Meg x 32 bits x 8 banks
  • 8M x 64, 64Mbytes total

The DNSODM200_RLDRAM is a SODIMM module that can be installed in a 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM socket. This module contains two RLDRAMs chips in an 8M x 64-bit configuration for a total of 64 megabytes.

Stuffed with the two Micron MT49H8M32s, all the features of RLDRAM-style DRAM can be realized including non-multiplex addressing, double data rate clocking, and dramatically reduced data latencies. The target frequency of operation with DN8000 and DN7000 series of products is 200MHz, with stuffing options (both FPGAs and RLDRAMs) to higher frequencies.

The DNSODM200_rldram is compatible with the 200-pin SODIMM DDR2 sockets on on all SODIMM socket equipped Dini products.
